Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brisket diced
  • 6 cups Broth (beef or chicken)
  • 2 sticks Carrots sliced
  • 1 can Corn
  • 2 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 sm Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 sm can Diced green chilies
  • 1 Tbs Oregano
  • 1 can Black beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to instapot pot, put on lid, make sure nob is on sealing not venting, pressure cook 5 min, let natural release for 10min, serve with crackers and sour cream if desired.
