In a large bowl mix ground beef, 1/3 of the French onion soup, bread crumbs, and eggs together until well combined, press into a loaf pan or into a loaf shape in the center of a baking pan.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until temperature in the center reaches 165
As your loaf bakes in a sauce pan mix the rest of your ingredients including the rest of your soup. cook on med heat until sauce thickens, stirring often.
When loaf is cooked slice it and serve with the sauce poured over top
