Salmon Patties
Easy salmon patties fried in a cast iron skilet

Cast iron skillet
Large bowl
- 2 Cans Salmon 15oz can
- 3 whole eggs
- 4 tbs Corn meal
- 4 tbs Bread crumbs
- 1 sm Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Heat up the oil of your choosing, I like to mix coconut oil and butter, in your cast iron skillet as you form the salmon mixture into patties. It will make about 11 3.5inch round patties. When the oil is heated place your patties in the pan and cook on each side until browned only turn them once. I like to place the finished ones on a plate in the microwave to keep warm until they are all finished.
